| This department is responsible for the data processing of the organization and
converting them into a single unified system which includes the student admission & all
activities related to each student’s performance & taking care of the overall students
activity. It starts with uploading the total information of the students on the web-site,
assigning them identity card with a student code and providing online examination facility. |

| Research and development is the backbone to the success of ICA. The R & D team comprises of highly experienced & technically skilled CA, CS & ICWA faculties who continuously endeavor to not only ensure that latest developments in the field of accounts & taxation become a part of the curriculum but also develop innovative methods of imparting training. | CRM (Customer Relationship Management) |

| The basic objective of this department is to have direct interaction with all the students
individually. The sole purpose is to satisfy the customer by understanding his/her needs
and problems and provide feedback to the centres to minimize the grievance level.
Students are trained in such a way that they acquire practical knowledge of what actually is
required at work. |

| Quality Control Team at ICA |
|
| ICA has a dedicated quality control team. The responsibility of the team is to maintain standard of quality of our course curriculum across India. The QC team visit once/twice a month to each centre and check the batch files and takes feedback of students. QC team provide training of new faculty after their selection and only QC approved faculties are allowed to take classes. |
