CONCEPT – ATOM@ICA

ICA ATOM is a minutized version of an existing ICA CIA centre. It can also be called an ICA Satellite Centre. At present ICA‘s centers are concentrated mainly in big cities and towns with little or no presence in smaller locations namely small districts, towns or villages. An ICA atom centre in these locations can bridge this gap.

OBJECTIVE

This unique concept is the ideal vehicle to cement ICA’s presence by penetrating the various areas surrounding the main ICA centre. Surveys have shown that there exists a very lucrative market for short term courses in this small towns and suburban areas. Many smaller local players are taking advantage of this and reaping benefits. The objectives of an atom centre are thus two fold namely

To provide quality computer education in affordable cost and to offer BRAND to local players with short term courses catering to the particular segment.
ii. To establish ICA brand presence in such small towns and providing such students with the opportunity to upgrade to higher end Job Guarantee course which increases their employability ..
